We implement a rigorous quality control process, including a thorough inspection by an independent subcontractor. This subcontractor spends a full day examining the lodge and providing an initial snag list before the unit leaves the factory. Using an outside expert who hasn’t worked on the lodge ensures that any minor issues are identified and rectified before the customer takes delivery.
